<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which few shoes can eliminate unpleasantness of a sweating foot in a shoe particularly during a hot season. <P>SOLUTION: A shoe is used having, in a part where a foot is easily get sweaty such as around the vamp and the heel, a string like strip or slit with a Velcro (R) tape 2 attached, and thereunder, a mesh cloth 4 with a Velcro (R) tape 2 attached and a fastener 14, etc. As a result, by bringing the foot into direct contact with the outside air to release the sweat outside in the form of vapor, unpleasantness can be eliminated, suppressing generation of athlete's foot, or taking in cold air of an air conditioner or warm air of indoor heating quickly into the shoe to put the toe in a comfortable condition. Further, the string like strip with a Velcro (R) tape attached can be easily attached/detached, thermal insulation and waterproof effect is obtained to some extent when the slit is closed with the strip.
