The present invention relates to a detection method of methylation of a stomach cancer-specific biomarker gene, for stomach cancer diagnosis, and more specifically, to a method for providing information for stomach cancer diagnosis by detecting the methylation of a stomach cancer-specific biomarker in which the CpG island region of a specific gene in stomach cancer cells is specifically methylated. According to the present invention, it is possible to diagnose stomach cancer at an early transformation stage using the detection method of the methylation of CpG islands of the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase, receptor, type 3 (NTRK3, GenBank NM_001007156) or AF4/FMR2 family, member 2 (AFF2, GenBank NM_002025) gene, thereby enabling early diagnosis and enabling diagnosis of stomach cancer and a stage of stomach cancer more accurately and rapidly than normal methods.
