The element has a supporting structure with a blind frame (1), and a cover profile construction (10) set on the blind frame toward outer side of the frame. The cover profile construction comprises profile units (11, 12), where one of the profile units enables constructive extension of the structure perpendicular to a disk plane in X-direction to outer side of a building. The other profile unit is arranged at the former profile unit for extending the former profile unit from the latter profile unit and against a Y-direction parallel to the disk plane.
