PURPOSE: A clean water filtering apparatus for an aquarium is provided to store fish captures from the sea in a fresh sate by cleanly purifying sea water inside the aquarium. CONSTITUTION: A clean water filtering apparatus for an aquarium includes a main body(30), a clean water filter chamber(40), a filter unit(60), and a flow metering valve(80). The main body is detachably connected to an inflow hole connecting an inflow pipe inserting sea water into the clean water filter chamber, an outflow hole connecting an outflow pipe for discharging purified sea water. The clean water filter chamber purifies and filters the sea water in the aquarium. The filter unit includes a filter frame with insertion rooms formed with plural partition walls for inserting various kinds of filters for filtering the sea water. The flow metering valve adjusts the amount of discharged sea water from to the aquarium.
