PURPOSE: A smart TV which transmits a broadcasting content signal of high quality and a control method thereof are provided to view broadcasting content of high quality without additional operation through a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A format changing unit(140) changes one broadcasting content which is extracted through a broadcasting tuner(120) into a specific format. A controlling unit(150) displays one broadcasting content through a display unit by the broadcasting tuner. The controlling unit transmits the broadcasting content through an external communication unit(160). |
