DEVICE FOR DETECTING TRACER SUBSTANCE FOR LUBRICATING OIL FOR ENGINE AND ENGINE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting tracer substance for lubricating oil for engine and an engine system capable of early detecting an occurrence of dilution of lubricating oil by fuel oil.

SOLUTION: A device 40A for detecting tracer substance for lubricating oil for an engine according to the present invention has: a tracer substance supply line L11 which supplies a tracer substance 44 to fuel oil 43 supplied to a diesel engine 10; a lubricating oil sampling line L12 which samples a part of lubricating oil 32 discharged from the diesel engine 10; and an analyzer 41 which detects the tracer substance 44 contained in the lubricating oil 32 sampled by the lubricating oil sampling line L12. It detects whether or not dilution is occurring in which the lubricating oil 32 is contaminated by the fuel oil 43, based on an analysis result obtained by the analyzer 41.
