<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for forming a cut hole that can reduce an operational burden caused by friction with a cut-raised piece when binding paper with a binding device, and to provide a binding device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the blade, an end D34 at a tip end side of a window D3 is provided for inserting the cut-raised piece, and includes: a contact part D35 for pressing, when taking out paper, at least both sides of the cut-raised piece partially so that the cut-raised piece is inserted into the cut hole; and non-contact parts D36, D37 that make no contact with the cut-raised piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
