<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a double layer member and a surface treatment device which can perform surface treatment in a state where a base material is suitably straightened. <P>SOLUTION: A straightening member 60 composed so as to have rigidity higher than that of a base material 10 is mounted on the base material 10, and the base material 10 is retained while being straightened to a prescribed shape. The base material 10 whose shape has been prescribed by the straightening member 60 is supported by electrodes 53, 53 forming a part of a supporting member 50 composed as a body different from the straightening member 60, and is subjected to surface treatment. In the base material 10, the parts in contact with the electrodes 53 in a fixing part 13 held by the straightening member 60 are beforehand subjected to resist treatment by which a plating film 20 can not be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
