<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle having an arm rest arranged between a driver's seat and a passenger's seat so as to be movable back and forth, and a parking brake lever arranged under the arm, in which driver's elbow does not hit the front section of the arm rest, when a driver holds the parking lever and raises it from a brake releasing position of about horizontal attitude, to a brake operation position. <P>SOLUTION: An arm rest spring 12 for energizing the arm rest 4 toward a rear section B, and a regulation member 13 supported by a support platform 8 for supporting the arm rest 4 so as to be turnable, are arranged. When the arm rest 4 is at the most front position, the pressure adding section 17 of the arm rest 4 is brought into contact with the regulation member 13, and the arm rest 4 is made to stop at the most front position. When the parking brake lever 3 is raised toward the brake operation position, the regulation member 13 is turned to the rear section B side, and the arm rest 4 is moved to the rear section B by the action of the arm rest spring 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
