<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten a motor with a deceleration mechanism while securing the strength of a worm wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The worm wheel 35 includes a cylindrical boss 35a into which a rotation shaft that rotatably supports the worm wheel 35 is inserted, a cylindrical gear 35b on the periphery of which a plurality of gear teeth 50 each meshing with a worm are mounted, and a connection 35c for coaxially connecting the boss 35a and the gear 35b. On the gear 35b, a cyclic recess 54, which is located more inside in a radial direction than each of the gear teeth 50, is formed.
