<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the function of an illegal film substrate when the film substrate is sandwiched between a female connector and a male connector. <P>SOLUTION: The connector includes a female connector 80, and a male connector 72 being attached to the female connector 80. The female connector 80 includes a housing 81 into which the male connector 72 is fitted, and a female connector terminal 82 formed to penetrate the housing 81 and coming into contact with a male connector terminal 75 of the male connector 72. A coating part 86 which covers the root of the female connector terminal 82 projecting from the housing 81 in the direction of the male connector 72 is formed in the housing 81.
