<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a brush that can enhance the fiber density of brush bristles, and improve the manufacturing efficiency in manufacturing the brush, and to provide a brush manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the brush includes the steps of: extending a brush base material made of a stretchable and elastic elastomer resin at an elongation rate of 50-400%; applying an adhesive to the brush base material at a predetermined interval; warping brush bristle filaments; continuously pressing an implant member in the perpendicular direction of the warped brush bristle filaments to implant the brush bristle filaments in the brush base material; and shrinking the brush base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
