<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide billing information based on a prepaid charging method properly even when two or more communication sessions cannot be established via a packet exchange network at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 10 includes a packet communication unit which performs mobile communication based on a prepaid charging method via a packet exchange network 30, an acquisition unit which acquires billing information for the local terminal from a contract information management server 21 which manages billing information based on the prepaid charging method via a circuit switched network 40, and an output unit which outputs the billing information acquired by the acquisition unit. A contract information management system including the contract information management server 21 has a detection unit to detect communication on the packet exchange network 30 by the mobile communication terminal 10, so that, when detected by the detection unit, it sends billing information to the mobile communication terminal 10 via the circuit switched network 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
