<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for designing a system configuration and resource allocation according to a request different for each service and a change in a utilization amount of the same service. <P>SOLUTION: A service manager device measures an evaluation value between a service request and a service response, calculates a service penalty value when the evaluation value does not satisfy an evaluation value in service evaluation value storage means, and transmits the service penalty value and the evaluation value to a node device of a transmission destination of the service request and a node device of a transmission source of the service response. Agent means in each node device calculates the integration value of module penalty values based on an evaluation value measured by second evaluation value measurement means, the service penalty value, and the evaluation value, compares the integration value with an upper limit value, and transmits a resource allocation update message if a resource allocation can be increased when the integration value is greater than the upper limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
