<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve a longer service life of a system composed of a plurality of batteries. <P>SOLUTION: A remaining capacity calculation unit 110 calculates respective remaining capacities, i.e., residual capacities of batteries 300-1 and 300-2 connected in parallel to each other. After starting discharge of the batteries 300-1 and 300-2, a control unit 130 stops discharge of the battery whose remaining capacity calculated by the remaining capacity calculation unit 110 has first become equal to a threshold stored in a memory unit 120, out of the batteries 300-1 and 300-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
