<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping monitoring system capable of saving labor for maintaining piping. <P>SOLUTION: A piping monitoring system comprises: a plurality of sensor nodes which are installed on piping, detect information on a state of a fluid flowing inside the piping, and wirelessly send the information; and a receiving device which receives the information wirelessly sent by the sensor nodes. The sensor node has an oscillation generator, as a power source, which includes an electrostatic induction type power generation device 3 including a first electrode 11, an electret 12 provided on the first electrode, a second electrode 21 arranged with a space from the electret, and is configured to enable one of the electret and the second electrode to move relative to the other by an oscillation of the piping. The electret is formed by injecting charge into a resin film containing fluorine-containing polymer (a) with an aliphatic ring in a main chain thereof or a material (a') derived from the fluorine-containing polymer (a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
