PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant of an electric vehicle with a relay route having a short waiting time at a charge point.

SOLUTION: A route search device 1 searches for a relay route leading to a destination via a relay point P1, P2 where a charge point is located. The route search device 1 has a cost setting part 2A for setting a waiting cost associated with a waiting time at a charge point, and a route search part 2B for searching for a relay route with the set waiting cost included in a link cost.
