<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method of a hydraulic circuit for performing maintenance such as filling of a hydraulic fluid in a short time without requiring labor, by partitioning a supply-discharge pipe into a plurality of sectional circuits. <P>SOLUTION: This maintenance method includes a successively hydraulic fluid filling method constituted of a hydraulic fluid filling area constituting process of constituting a plurality of sectional circuits 21a-21e and 22a-22e in the supply-discharge pipes 35 and 36 and constituting a hydraulic fluid filling area by continuous optional sectional circuits 21 and 22 of the sectional circuits, a filling hydraulic fluid holding process capable of filling the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic fluid filling area by holding a delivery hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic source 34 in a supplied state on the upstream side of the hydraulic fluid filling area, a vacuum holding process of holding the hydraulic fluid filling area in a vacuum from the most downstream side sectional circuit in the hydraulic fluid filling area, a filling section constituting process of constituting a filling section on the most upstream side of the hydraulic fluid filling area put in the vacuum, and a hydraulic fluid filling process of filling the hydraulic fluid in the filling section by communicating a stop valve 10 on the most upstream side of the filling section, and successively filling the hydraulic fluid in the downstream side filling section from the upstream side of the hydraulic fluid filling area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
