<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of a floor side cover and in the vicinity of the floor side cover, in a saddle-riding type vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This saddle-riding type vehicle includes a seat arranged in the rear of a front wheel and seating a rider, a step floor 38 positioned in the rear of the front wheel and in front of the seat and placing feet of the rider, floor side covers 63 extending downward from right-left edges of the step floor 38, and a floor under cover 39 for covering a lower part of the step floor 38.
