<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent looseness of a clamp arm in a clamp state held by a holding means. <P>SOLUTION: In a clamp cylinder 1, an energizing means (a coil spring 28) energizing a piston rod 8 to an engaged position with a clamp arm 13 by a holding means is provided in a cylinder body and a contraction maintaining means (an upper magnet 25 and a lower magnet 27) is provided maintaining a contraction state of the piston rod 8 resisting energization of the coil spring 28 even when supply of a pressure fluid is stopped in an unclamping position of the clamp arm 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
