<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly implement EBD control even on rough roads. <P>SOLUTION: A braking force control system controls braking force of a vehicle equipped with a first hydraulic system for a left rear wheel (WRL) and a second hydraulic system for a right rear wheel (WRR). The braking force control system includes: a wheel speed detection means (83) that detects a wheel speed of each wheel; control means (110, 120) that control the first and the second hydraulic systems based on a difference between operational amounts of front and rear wheels when the wheel speed of the rear wheel satisfies predetermined conditions, thereby independently controlling the braking forces of the right and left rear wheels; a rough road detection means (130) that detects that a vehicle is driving on a rough road; and an oil pressure holding control means (140) that controls control means to keep each braking oil pressure of the right and left rear wheels when the vehicle driving on a rough road is detected and the wheel speed of either of right and left rear wheels satisfies predetermined conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
