<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus capable of stabilizing a coating amount. <P>SOLUTION: The coating apparatus includes: a valve 20 for controlling the feeding of a sealer S from a tank 10; a pump 30 for extruding the sealer S to a downstream side in a flow direction; a gun 40 for controlling the discharge of the sealer S; a nozzle 50 for discharging the sealer S; a supply route R for supplying the sealer S from the tank 10 to the nozzle 50; and a temperature control mechanism 100 for maintaining the temperature of the sealer S at a constant temperature. The supply route R is formed so that the sealer S flows in a front side of an integrally formed thing 20, 30, and 40, and the temperature control mechanism 100 is provided with a third rubber heater 130 for maintaining the front side of the integrally formed thing 20, 30, and 40 at a constant temperature and a fourth rubber heater 140 for maintaining the nozzle 50 at a constant temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
