<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the conveyance member of silicon melt, from which the silicon melt does not ooze, which can be used many times with repetition over a long period of time, and further with which occurrence of splashes of the silicon melt during conveyance is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyance member of the silicon melt has: a direction change member which is formed in the shape of a one end opening cylindrical body with a C/C composite material, which has an inlet opening formed on the opening side and an outlet opening opening toward a lateral direction on the flat side face of the outer periphery, and has an undercurrent guide changing the flow direction of the silicon melt flowing therein from the inlet opening toward the outlet opening on the bottom surface side and a gutter member formed in a groove or cylindrical shape with the C/C composite material; and guides the flow of the silicon melt that flows therein from the inlet opening of the direction change member in the silicon melt flow direction of the gutter member by arranging the direction change member on the upper side of the gutter member so as to make the undercurrent guide overlap with the gutter member when in use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
