<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a coated product. <P>SOLUTION: A droplet coating apparatus 4 includes: a main part 11 that has a liquid chamber 11a that stores a coating liquid, a discharge port P2 that discharges the coating liquid in the liquid chamber 11a, and a nozzle 11b that connects the liquid chamber 11a and the discharge port P2; a plunger 12 that is provided in the liquid chamber 11a, and abuts on and is spaced from an opening P1 of the nozzle 11b on the liquid chamber 11a side to open and close the opening P1; a discharge driving part 14 that causes the plunger 12 to abut on and be spaced from the opening P1 of the nozzle 11b on the liquid chamber 11a side; and a stirring part 15 that stirs the coating liquid in the liquid chamber 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
