The method involves providing endoscopy capsule in hollow organ of patient and controlling endoscopy capsule by producing magnetic field (H) for preventing adherence of capsule to mucus of hollow organ. The rotational movements of endoscopy capsule along different rotation axes (20,23) are performed by changing the direction of magnetic field. An independent claim is included for device for performing endoscopic investigation of hollow organ of patient.
