Provided is a method for UE to establish a hybrid bearer in a plurality of cells. The method includes: an EPC initiating an enhanced E-RAB admission request message to a main control cell after the UE enters a CoMP cell set; and the main control cell carrying out bearer admission judgement in the CoMP cell set and associating the E-RAB with the main control cell and the DRB in at least one subordinate cell when the main control cell does not have enough resources to transmit the E-RAB, and the E-RAB bearer is transmitted by a plurality of DRBs in the CoMP cell set together. By way of the technical solution in the present invention, the coverage of high-speed data rate is increased, and the load can be balanced into each cell at the beginning of the bearer establishment, realizing load balancing and improving the throughput in the cell edges and the system.
