PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating device is provided to maintain a clear environment by generating anions and purifying air. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(110) receives sunlight and produces electricity. A power supply unit(120) supplies electricity generated from the solar cell. An ionizer(140) generates anions by using electricity from the power supply unit. A display unit(150) outputs an image by using the electricity from the power supply unit. A control unit(130) controls the ionizer and the display unit.
