<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be capable of halting rotation of a caster by retracting and storing operation and travelling by the caster along with the pulling out and extension of a handle in bags which can be travelled. <P>SOLUTION: A caster locking device 10 is provided in the bags 1 including the handle 2 pulled out and stored to be freely stretched/retracted and capable of being travelled by the caster 5. This caster lock device 10 is composed by including: an operation mechanism 11 having an operation body 12 and a rocking traction lever 13 which responds to the stretching/retracting of the handle 2 and operated by being linked when retracting/storing; and a traction rope 62, a brake pad 63 for preventing the rolling motion of the wheel by halting force making pressurized contact and press stopping outside or inside a wheel of the caster 5 by having the action by this operation mechanism 11 transmitted through a transmission mechanism 9 including a tractioned wire. In addition, a pressure halting mechanism 61 is included having a linking body 64 for linking the traction rope 62 to the transmission mechanism 9 and a stability section 68 for stabilizing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
