<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join two kinds of resin sheets different in melting points of resin of surfaces to be joined by welding. <P>SOLUTION: A first resin sheet 1 of which surface is covered with PVC (melting point: 150°C) and a second resin film 2 made of ETFE (melting point: 270 °C) are joined as follows. A plurality of holes 22 are provided on the second resin film 2 in a joining region 21 overlapped with the first resin sheet 1. The first resin sheet 1, the second resin film 2, and a third resin sheet 3 of which surface is covered with PVC are overlapped in this order. They are heated in a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of PVC and equal to or lower than the melting point of ETFE while being pressed. The first resin sheet 1 and the third resin sheet 3 are welded through the holes 22, and the first resin sheet 1 and the second resin film 2 are joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
