PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security effectively in a simple method.

SOLUTION: An operation according to operational content of an operation unit, of which content is changed and displayed in accordance with the status of the operation unit, is detected by an operation monitoring unit, and if the operation monitoring unit detects the operation according to the operational content, a log-in control unit performs control of allowing log-in to a computer.
