<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preparation for treatment of gastric acid-related disorders. <P>SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition to be administered orally in a solid form for the treatment of gastric acid-related disorders contains (i) a certain amount of at least one specific acid-sensitive substituted benzimidazole H<SP POS="POST">+</SP>, K<SP POS="POST">+</SP>-ATPase proton pump inhibitor devoid of enteric coating, (ii) a buffering agent containing sodium bicarbonate in an amount sufficient to protect the proton pump inhibitor of the amount against acid degradation with gastric acid after oral administration and (iii) a disintegrating agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
