<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device, a coating method, and a manufacturing method of a battery, capable of inspecting the quality of layers which cannot be confirmed by a visual inspection and the like in a multilayer coating such as a double-layer coating. <P>SOLUTION: A coating device 1 manufactures an electrode 36 formed by laminating a binder layer 32 and a negative electrode paste layer 34 over a copper foil 30 by discharging binder liquid 26 and negative electrode paste 28 from a die 10 over the copper foil 30 being conveyed in. The coating device 1 comprises: a temperature setting part 14 for setting a temperature difference between the binder liquid 26 and the negative electrode paste 28; and a thermography 18 for detecting the temperature distribution of the electrode 36 in the vertical direction to the lamination direction of the binder layer 32 and the negative electrode paste layer 34. The temperature setting part 14 sets the temperature difference between the binder liquid 26 and the negative electrode paste 28 in advance so as to inspect a coating status of the binder layer 32 based on the temperature distribution of the electrode 36 detected by the thermography 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
