<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell polymer used for a thermosetting resin composition which can provide a cured product having an excellent modulus and a high toughness without deteriorating heat resistance and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The core-shell polymer used as mixed with an epoxy resin includes a core part, and a shell part forming an outer layer of the core part, and has a carboxyl group existing in the shell part through a side chain extending from a polymer main chain with a number of atoms of 3 or more, wherein a theoretical glass transition temperature in the shell part is 20°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
