<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hard coat transfer sheet excellent in fingerprint resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The Hard coat transfer sheet 1 is constituted by successively laminating a base material 10, a mold releasing layer 12, a fingerprint resistant layer 14, a hard coat layer 16, an anchor layer 18 and an adhesive layer 20.
