<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating apparatus which can inhibit a switching loss regardless of input voltage. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating apparatus in which a belt 92 is caused to produce heat by magnetic flux generated by a coil 91, comprises a power supply part 100 including switching elements 103, 104 and supplying current to the coil 91, a drive circuit 112 outputting pulse signals to drive the switching elements 103, 104, a voltage detection part 111 detecting input voltage to the power supply part 100, and a control circuit 113 controlling a frequency of the pulse signal. The control circuit 113 controls the frequency of the pulse signal, when the input voltage is not less than a threshold value, within a range from 1/(2n) to 1/(2n+1) (n is a natural number) of a resonance frequency of the coil 91 and a resonance capacitor 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
