摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a position error of a second surface of a disk when a first surface of a disk is used as a tracking surface. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic disk device includes a disk, first and second microactuators and a servo controller; the disk has a first surface and a second surface; the first and second microactuators 15-1 and 15-2 slightly each moves first and second heads corresponding to the first and second surfaces; and the servo controller 20 gives a third operation amount to the first microactuator as a first operation amount, and gives an operation amount in which the polarity of a component of a specific frequency of the third operation amount is inverted to the second microactuator as a second operation amount, when the third operation amount to be given to the first microactuator is generated in a specific mode in which the first surface is used as a tracking surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
