<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system by which, in providing the transmission service of e-mails in an accommodation facility, if an e-mail address common to guests is used, the recipient can recognize who has sent the e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: Signature information is stored in association with guests.
