<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a shaft coupling with a torque limiter which employs a rotation prevention function instead of a stop pin and can accommodate a wide range of torque. <P>SOLUTION: A damper device with a torque limiter is interposed between a fly wheel 2 and an input shaft 4. The three of a cover 7, a disc spring 8, and a pressure plate 9 constitute the torque limiter 6. The pressure plate 9 is formed with a locking pawl part 9a which functions for preventing rotation for the fly wheel 2 and the cover 7. The cover 7 is formed with a notch opening 21 corresponding to the locking pawl part 9a and a slot part 23 which is continuously cut from the notch opening 21. The locking pawl part 9a received with the notch opening 21 is inserted into a slot part 22 to make a bayonet combining structure, so that the torque limiter 6 is sub-assembled while preload is applied to the disc spring 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
