<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of a manhole and a rehabilitated pipe which prevents damage to an end of the rehabilitated pipe even in the case that the rehabilitated pipe connected to the manhole is dislocated in a diagonal direction to the manhole due to earthquake or the like, allowing for installation by work operation only inside the existing manhole. <P>SOLUTION: A connector body 30 comprises a manhole fixing part 31 which is in close contact with the inner wall surface of a manhole 50 to be fixed, a rehabilitated pipe fixing part 32 which is in close contact with the outer peripheral wall of the rehabilitated pipe to be fixed, and a bellows part 33 having a bent portion which is disposed between the manhole fixing part 31 and the rehabilitated pipe fixing part 32. The connector body 30 is integrally formed of an elastic material. A part of the connector body 30 which is exposed to inside the manhole 50 is covered with a cover member 10.
