Provided is a method for sorting evidence materials of a system including a mobile terminal, a sorting server, an asset management system, and a tax-accounting system, and an asset status analysis method. The method for sorting evidence materials according to the present invention comprises the following steps: receiving a predetermined piece of evidence information extracted from evidence materials from the mobile terminal; comparing the evidence information and preregistered sorting criteria to sort the evidence materials into those for entrepreneurs and those for individuals; and transmitting the sorted result of the evidence materials to said tax-accounting system. The sorted expenditure evidence is transmitted to the tax-accounting system to be used as a material for filing a tax return, and used as a basic material for generating financial analysis information of entrepreneurs, or asset management information of individuals. According to the present invention, the workload of an accounting firm may be reduced and the financial status of individuals, particularly individual small business owners, and of entrepreneurs may be checked. |
