These glass flakes comprise a glass flake substrate and a coating membrane which coats the surface of the glass flake substrate. The glass flake substrate has an average thickness of 0.1-1.0 µm and an average particle size of 1-100 µm. The coating membrane is formed from acrylic silicone, and the content ratio of the coating membrane is 0.05-2.50 mass% when measured as the loss on ignition at 625±20°C.
