PURPOSE: An aluminum flux cored alloy wire feeder is provided to prevent elliptical deformation of the surface of an aluminum flux cored wire and blockage in a wire supply nozzle by catching the surface of the aluminum flux cored wire with a face-to-face contact method. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum flux cored alloy wire feeder comprises a moving rail block(42), a moving cylinder(40), a transfer rail(31), a transfer rail block(32), a lower catching jig, and an upper catching jig. The moving rail block is installed on the top of a support table(43) and coupled with a moving rail(41) installed under a base(30). The moving cylinder is installed under the support table not to interfere with the moving rail. The transfer rail is installed on the top of the support table. The transfer block is coupled to the transfer rail. The lower catching jig is installed on the top of the transfer rail block. The upper catching jig is installed above the lower catching jig and connected to a catching cylinder(10). The lower and upper catching jigs catch an aluminum flux cored wire from top and bottom in a surface contact manner.
