<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in electric resistance of a battery by improving vibration resistance and impact resistance of a collector provided in the battery. <P>SOLUTION: An anode collector 12 comprises: a base part 31 fixed to a lid 4 of a battery 1 and electrically connected to an anode external terminal 14; and leg parts 32 protruding from the base part 31 and electrically connected to an anode 5 of a power generating element 3.
