<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile fixing tool that maintains a function of a blade groove by a low-cost structure even if the number of measurement is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing tool 1 fixes a moving blade 5 when a natural frequency of the moving blade 5 mounted to a rotary machine is measured. The fixing tool includes: a sill 11; a blade groove mounting part 12 that is fixed to the sill 11 and on which the blade groove 27 engaged with the moving blade 5 is provided; and a pressure jack 13 that presses the moving blade 5 in the centrifugal force direction thereby fixing the moving blade 5 to the blade groove mounting part 12 while the moving blade 5 is engaged with the blade groove 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
