<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid working machine in which the output of an electric motor can be prevented from changing even if the loads of a plurality of electric motors vary simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid working machine comprises an amount of change in electric motor output command limit unit which limits the amount of change in the outputs from first, second and third electric motors 5A, 5B, 5C so that the total sum of the amount of change in electric motor outputs from the electric motors 5A, 5B, 5C falls below a preset value, and a current control unit. Consequently, the amount of change in the total sum of DC currents supplied to first, second and third inverters 4A, 4B, 4C can be limited to a low level even if the loads of the first, second and third electric motors 5A, 5B, 5C vary simultaneously.
