<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bridge phenomenon which is generated when a pellet-like resin material is fed from occurring, alternatively, to efficiently eliminate the generated bridge phenomenon, and also, to enable the injection of a molten resin even in a direction resisting the gravity to be performed at the injection section. <P>SOLUTION: This injecting apparatus has a constitution wherein the pellet-like resin material is fed to the injecting section 10 by a material feeding section 40, and the resin material is molted and injected into a die 30 at the injecting section 10. The material feeding section 40 is constituted of a cylindrical feeding passage 44 which communicates with the inside of the injecting section 10, a built-in screw 50 in the feeding passage, and a driving mechanism 54 which makes the screw rotate around the axis. By rotating the built-in screw 50 in the cylindrical feeding passage 44 by the driving mechanism 54, the pellet-like resin material is fed to the inside of the injecting section 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
