<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pot designed to complete taking-out of boiled food at a time and to complete dishing-up of the boiled food at a time to reduce a cooking time while maintaining a state close to an original shape hardly causing the boiled food to soften and fall apart in boiling after cooked in view of the conventional use of chopsticks, a turner, or the like to move boiled food from a pot to a bowl requires several times of hand work to cause trouble as well as extension of time and an increase in fatigue, resulting in a pain and breaking the boiled food after cooked. <P>SOLUTION: A bottom door of the inner pot is formed to open double, and a bar tacking is provided on the lower side of the bottom door. The bar tacking is retractably provided with a bar to make the bottom door openable/closable. The bottom door is provided with a sliding plate, and a chain is connected to the sliding plate. The chain is provided with a ring, and the ring is fastened to and removed from a hook to make the bottom door openable/closable. A U-shaped shaft (7) of a hinge is made retractable to separate the bottom door from the inner pot and to particularly facilitate washing of a hinge part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
