<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fall of a ceiling fan body by abnormal wear in a connection part of the body in a ceiling fan. <P>SOLUTION: In order to accomplish this purpose, in a ceiling fan body 4 which is hung by a coupler 2 fixed to a ceiling 1 via a hanging means 3, the hanging means 3 has a first connection part 5 and a second connection part 6 attachable to the coupler 2, the ceiling fan body 4 has: a motor laid in a horizontal direction for rotating a plurality of blades 13; a shaft 11 projecting on the upside of the motor; and a joint part 14 fixed to the upside, this joint part 14 is movably attached to the second connection part 6, and an abnormal rotation detecting means 17 is provided to detect rotation of the ceiling fan body 4 and rotation of the joint part 14 at the second connection part 6 and pause operation of the motor when body rotation preventing means 16 provided in the first connection part 5 or second connection part 6, and the joint part 14 are released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
