PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the incidence of a thermal runaway by resolving a time lag by thermal coupling in the transmission of heat originating from an increasing temperature of an SEPP circuit to a bias circuit via a radiator.
SOLUTION: An amplification circuit includes: a single-ended push-pull circuit comprising a series connection of a transistor Q1 having a transistor element and a transistor Q2 having a transistor element opposite in polarity to the transistor element of the transistor Q1, and having both ends connected to a power supply; a transistor Q5 constituting a bias circuit for applying a bias voltage to the transistor Q1; a transistor Q6 constituting a bias circuit for applying a bias voltage to the transistor Q2; series-connected resistances R3, R4 for feeding back a detected base voltage of the transistor Q1 to the transistor Q5; and series-connected resistances R5, R6 for feeding back a detected base voltage of the transistor Q2 to the transistor Q6.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
