The vehicle has a handle (5) present at an upper end of a handle bar (2). The handle is telescopably displaced in a pipe (1) and locked in different positions. Rear wheels (16) are present at two wheel carriers (13) in a functional condition, where the carriers are pivotably attached to the pipe. The wheels are fastened to the pipe in a transport condition after pivoting one wheel carrier at the pipe. The bar is guided into sliding bushes pressed into the pipe. The pipe and the bar are formed as straight and bent. A battery is present in a frame, and the wheels are fastened to the frame.
